Once you purchase the GinaCurl Certification Course, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review all course details and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
We ship products on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, using USPS. Delivery times vary based on the destination.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing if your order is placed on a non-shipment day.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Returns
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged items or if the wrong item was shipped.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations for the GinaCurl Certification Course must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Missing Items Policy
If you do not receive your entire order, you must notify us on the day you receive your shipment. Claims made after this time will not be eligible for replacement.
